Victim's name was Christina Edkins, 16. She was killed in front of horrified rush hour commuters this morning.
The SCHOOLGIRL stabbed to death on a bus told of her fears about a “worrying”
man she had seen on her journey only last month.
The attack happened at 7.30am on the number 9 First West Midlands bus as it pulled into a stop in Edgbaston before the killer fled the scene.
Police have now detained a 22-year-old man on suspicion of murder.
