The former The Hills star proposed to Allie Lutz over the holiday season and she announced the happy news to fans via her Instagram.com blog on Sunday.Lutz showed off her large sparkler in a cute image of the couple, alongside the caption, "Cat's out of the bag".
The pair is currently on vacation in Anguilla.
