BRUTAL police officers in South Africa allegedly beat a taxi driver to death after he parked on the wrong side of the road.
The cabbie, named locally as Mido Macia, was handcuffed to the back of a police van and dragged over 400 metres along a road.
Cops were unable to explain how 27-year-old Mr Macia, a Mozambican immigrant, died when he was found dead in his cell two hours later. Continue to watch video.
